EPI (Equipment Preference, Inc.) has officially joined our network as of September 1st, and we could not be more excited about what’s ahead.

Their flagship SpeCenter in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is an 8,000-square-foot showroom and test kitchen with seating for up to 80 guests, a plug-and-play equipment wall, and private conference rooms for demos, training, and events. With additional test kitchens in Chicago and Kansas City, EPI gives operators across the Midwest and Southwest a true hands-on experience before they buy.

- Region 16 (Mid-Central): Southern Illinois (south of I-74, including Springfield and Champaign), Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska
- Region 17 (Chicago): Metro Illinois (north of I-72) and the Chicago Metro area
- Region 17 (Eastern Wisconsin): The eastern two-thirds of Wisconsin, including Madison, Baraboo, Wausau, Marshfield, Merrill, and Rhinelander
This partnership means operators in these regions now have direct access to PizzaMaster ovens through EPI’s expert team and test kitchen network. This is a huge win for anyone looking to see, touch, and taste the PizzaMaster difference before making a decision.
